QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Mata Automotive is a global leading full-service supplier of decorative interior and exterior components in original premium materials to global automotive manufacturers such as Aston Martin, Bentley, Jaguar, Chrysler, and Tesla.

We are looking for an SAP Project Manager who will perform the below duties and responsibilities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for tracking key project activities at a detailed level, including administrative items associated with a complex technical SAP deployment.
• Formulates corrective actions when project deliverables deviate from the work plan with the assistance of team members.
• Understands how project decisions impact key business metrics and the enterprise strategy.
• Builds consensus among teams relative to project scope, task execution, staffing, and issue resolution.
• Provides clear and reliable communications to internal teams, project stakeholders, external vendors, and customers.
• Provides input to decisions through effective communication methods.
• Shows flexibility in changing approach when needed.
• Leads change management.
• Motivates team by explaining priorities and objectives.
• Engages in effective brainstorming and brings creative ideas to the workplace.
• Has good judgment regarding which creative ideas and suggestions can improve our business and implements identified solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or another related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of project management / Realization of SAP Projects.
• Full cycle implementation in a global company.
• Ability to manage business application projects.
• Ability to manage resources, costs, scope, etc. of assigned projects.
• Ability to create an alignment and interface between management and the project.
• Ability to initialize, prepare, moderate, and supervise meetings and workshops.
• Project management experience and ability to structure and scope a design project and to manage a project through to completion.
• PMP certification is a plus
• SAP S4/HANA functional experience a plus
• Strong leadership, ownership, and personal drive to solve problems.
• Team player and able to guide and influence to achieve end goals.
• Ability to think strategically and at the same time be operationally hands-on when the circumstances desire
• Good communicator in business language
• Process-oriented thinking
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
