Material Exporting Expert Responsibilities:
• Organizing the shipment of products to domestic and international locations.
• preparing and processing all required documents and permits for shipping purposes,
• conducting quality inspections of shipments, and
• maintaining records of all invoices and transactions.

• interpreting export financing methods and terms of payment,
• understand foreign trade practices & procedures,
• Handling the Central Excise/Customs Clearance: Regulations, Procedures, and Documentation.
• Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.
• Following and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures.
• Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.
• Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
• Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
• Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
• Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.
• Preparing budgets, cost analysis, and reports.
Requirements:
• 5+ years experience in the field of exports, purchasing, customs clearance, freight cargo.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Fluent in English.
