QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description:
- Executing the material requirement planning according to the production plan and creating the necessary purchase requests,
- Planning and optimizing stock levels of materials,
- Evaluating the current material stock information, planning of supply according to the estimations of future consumption
- Keeping stock levels under control,
- Follow-up of works in the process, from the production to the loading of the materials and materials ordered,
- Ensuring the tracking of the materials shipped by the suppliers,
- Investigating the possible problems that may occur during the material supply process, sharing the actions that should be taken urgently with the related persons,
- Ensuring that the activities related to the delivery, reception, storage and distribution of the purchased materials are performed appropriately,
- Ensuring the accuracy of the product recipes and taking an active role in making the necessary revisions,
- Managing changes in the raw material and material procurement plan and ensuring that the suppliers are informed,
- Making planning and idle inventory management related to new and / or discharged materials.
- Determining, tracking and revising the inventory depending on adequate stock levels and changing inventory conditions, participating in material standardization activities necessary for minimizing inventory costs, , safety stock, supply period, stock safety etc.
Qualifications:
- Graduated from Industrial Engineering departments of universities,
- At least 2 years of experience in automotive industry,
- Good verbal and written skills in English,
- Ability to make material planning and inventory management,
- Paying attention to details, working flawlessly and meticulously,
- Willing to learn, responsible, dynamic, initiative, result oriented, self-motivated,
- Having preferably SAP knowledge,
- Having knowledge in the operation of MRP system,
- Ability to use MS Office programs actively.
- Resident in Bandırma / Gönen,
- No military obligation for male candidates.
