QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a "Material Planning Engineer" for our Yazaki Gemlik Plant with below job description and qualifications.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Material Planning:
- Ensuring and approving the opening of material orders in accordance with the production plan and agreements with suppliers
- Order confirmation with the supplier
- Optimization of supplier lead times and minimum order quantities
- Carrying out actions to improve material cycle speed and reduce cost
- Ensuring that all outputs and reports related to material planning are created on time and accurately
- Critical material reporting, action plan creation and follow-up
- Ensuring the accuracy of material gauge information
- Order the shipping company to pick up the material from the supplier
KPI Management:
- Following up the objectives related to the department
Basic Safety Practicess & Environment Management:
- To follow the practices separation of waste within the department, to ensure that is used of safety materials and to implement emergency direction
- To provide optimum energy and natural resources consumption in the field of track the occupational health and safety risks / environmental impacts of the department continuously, notifying to EH&S responsible when there is a change
- Informing to employees about HSE and ensuring that their convenient act to HSE rules
ISMS & KVKK:
- Complying with ISMS (Information Security Management System) policies
- Complying with the privacy statement and disciplinary procedure
- To fulfill its responsibilities in the corrective and preventive actions of ISMS
- To notify security incidents and violations to relevant units
- Having knowledge about KVKK processes and to ensure their implementation within the department
QUALIFICATOINS:
- University graduate preferable from engineering fields
- Good command of English both in written ans spoken (Part of the interview will be held in English)
- Good communication and team working skills
- Good PC Skills (MS Office)
- Residence in Bursa
- No military obligation for male candidates
