QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial or Management Engineering,
- Master’s Degree is a plus,
- Excellent command of written and verbal English (second language will be an asset),
- Preferably experience in a tool on statistical estimation and analysis methods,
- Competent in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Programmes,
- Preferably SAP and SNC knowledge,
- Strong analytical, organizational, presentation skills,
- Able to work with datas, think analytically and open to learn,
- Team player with solution-oriented thinking,
- No travel restriction,
- Able to reside in Manisa/İzmir region,
- Experienced in supply chain issues,
- Strong collaboration with good communication skills,
- Experienced in order and operational processes follow-up,
- Innovative with analytical aspects.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for material requirement planning,
- Updating procurement plans periodically and fallow up closely with suppliers,
- Following inventory levels according to business targets,
- Ensuring the production continuity and taking necessary actions on time for purchase order delays,
- Managing material flow to meet target stock levels and monitoring related key process indicators,
- Following inventory levels according to business targets,
- Controlling material informations in SAP System,
- Leading engineering change requests in production planning department, determining applying date of modifications and manage changes in SAP system,
- Developing strong relationships with suppliers and improve supplier capability.
Eligible candidates will be invited to following processes: Tests (General Aptitude, English, Personality Inventory) and interviews (HR interview, technical interviews with line managers and Top Management evaluations).
