MEASUREMENT SYSTEMS PROCESS TECHNOLOGIES SPECIALIST

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

Ø Graduated from Mechanical, Industry, Automotive, Mechatronics engineering departments of universities,

Ø At least 3 years of work experience in the related field in the automotive industry,

Ø Have used or have knowledge of CAD programs, MS Office applications,

Ø Ability to analyze measurement systems,

Ø Able to measure and evaluate geometric dimensioning and tolerance,

Ø Good level of English,

Ø Technical problem-solving skills and analytical thinking,

Ø Prone to teamwork, strong communication skills, creative and initiative,

Ø Proactive, open to continuous learning, result oriented,

Ø We are looking for candidates residing in Bursa.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Ø Supporting designers in the creation of technical drawings and control fixtures of parts during the new product commissioning phase,

Ø Preparation of CF concepts that define how metal, pipe, wire and plastic parts (detailed parts, semi-complete and complete) in the CF list formed according to the project plan should be controlled,

Ø Publishing the concepts prepared to start the process of making CFs,

Ø Providing technical support for the creation of CF designs with nominated suppliers,

Ø Approval of the resulting CF designs,

Ø Providing technical support for nonconformities that occur during physical approvals,

Ø Making feasibility analyzes using statistical methods and determining the required tolerances from the results obtained after the controls of the first parts produced during the new product commissioning phase,

Ø Determining the measurement and evaluation equipment to be taken into the company,

Ø Creation of checklists for the feasibility control of the processes of which he is an expert.
