QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
One of the leading companies FMCG business in Turkey, Hayat Kimya is looking for a“Mechanical Maintenance Engineer”.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering,
· Preferably with 1 year of experience or new graduated
· Preferably having knowledge about lean manufacturing such as Kaizen, 5S, TPM and problem solving methods,
· Preferably having knowledge about hydraulic,pneumatic,
· Effectively using MS Office programs,
· Fluency in English both written and spoken,
· Analytical, result oriented, team player and good communication skills,
· Living in or willing to relocate to Kocaeli,
· No military obligation for male candidates.
Job Description
· To prepare periodic, planned and predictive maintenance plans, to organize the team for the implementation of the plan,
· To carry out and implement studies that will reduce accidental maintenance and stoppages, and increase equipment efficiency,
· Analyzing the failures and starting preventive action by taking action, preparing reports for failure analysis,
· To make the studies for spare parts of the machines, to procure technical drawing studies for the manufacturing parts.
