QUALIFICATIONS;
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronic Engineering
- 1-3 years of experience,
- Very good command of verbal and written English
- Competency in Microsoft Office, Auto Cad, and relevant software
- Analytical thinker and good planner
- Follows technological, mechanical developments
- Experience in TPM and Lean Management
JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting to Chief Engineer, Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for the following main duties:
- Directs and coordinates installation, operation, application, maintenance and repair of mechanical machines, equipment and tools,
- Conducts downtime analysis and sets preventive measures,
- Evaluates mechanical products to determine their cost effectiveness and efficiency,
- Conducts time studies to be used for better machinery / process performance ,
- Builds and develops the ‘continuous improvement’ mindset by developing and leading various improvement projects with teams,
- Provides lean management trainings to different stakeholders in factory to ensure the adaption of lean culture,
- A key member of HSE improvements,
- A key member of ESG implementation.
