QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
A German Company is seeking a Mechanical Engineer with minimum 7 years of experience in 3D high precision mechanism design for the R&D Department of Company. Office location is in Ankara Balgat District, therefore, the applicant should consider the working location, while making their application to the vacant position.
General Qualifications:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English,
· Must have completed the military service for male candidate,
· Free to travel in abroad
· Should have driving license
Job Description:
· To have a degree in Mechanical Engineering,
· To have experience in mechanical design, design optimization, product development, production level technical drawing and modeling, cost analysis and process tracking,
· To be knowledgeable in ASME Y14.5 standards for determining achievable tolerances, optimization of the designs and calculations of resistance and lifespan,
· To know how to use PC-DMIS, CMM programs and 3D modelling programs
· To know how to develop and produce high precision materials in twentieth of millimeter.
· Have a knowledge about Servo Motor and their adaptation to the mechanical systems
· Have knowledge on material of mechanical components, and test their mechanical strengths and flexibility tests
· To have worked in the production, assembly and testing of mechanical systems, and to have the ability to use conventional measuring and testing instruments in micro sensitivity
· Good level of oral and written English, ability to manage communication and stress and readiness to take on the responsibility of the mechanical design of projects are also expected.
