We are seeking a driven engineer to work for our aviation start-up. We are a company that develops and manufactures aircraft for civiliansurveillance and observation missions. Now, we are building the prototype and going through the certification process. We are looking for someone who has experience and can roll their sleeves up and get involved in this exciting project.
We are based in central Ankara. We have been in business for 1 year and growing fast. This is an exciting opportunity to join an amazing and growing team that has an exciting and successful future.
What does the role involve?
· Help designing parts and components of light aircrafts under guidance of our design and engineering director
· Creating the needed drawings and documents for manufacturing the parts and components
· Communicate with the manufacturing team to produce the parts and components
· Check the quality of the finished parts and components
· Create assembly drawings and documents
· Work with the assembly team to simplify and perfect the assembly process
· Create the necessary drawings and documents for the certification of the aircrafts
· Work on developing new aircraft models and aviation products.
What you need is:
· Bachelor of Engineeringin Mechanical Engineering
· Minimum of 5 years professional experience
· Competitive in English
· Strong CAD Skills – preferablyAutodesk Inventor and AutoCAD for 3D design and modelling
· Experienced in technical drawing and tolerances.
