QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering,
• Having maintenance and repair experience in the automotive industry or sub-industry sector,
• At last 5 years of experience in maintenance and repair,
• Knowledge of MS Office programs (excel, ppt)
• 3D solid modeling (Solid, autocad),
• Male candidates must have completed military service,
• Suitable for teamwork,
• Open to learning and self-development,
• Strong communication,
• Good level of English,
• Those who live / can live in Sakarya and its surroundings.
• Only English C/V will be acceptable.

• Making mechanical intervention solutions for the malfunctions of the fixtures in our company, which manufactures robotic welding,
• Making and following the periodic maintenance and repair plans,
• Maintenance and troubleshooting of pneumatic and hydraulic systems,
• Carrying out all planned maintenance and maintenance activities related to malfunctions within the factory,
• Planning of improvement and renewal activities,
• Determining the equipment used in the system and creating a spare material list, supplying and following up the spare material stock,
• Within the created plans; Ensuring that maintenance activities related to planned and periodic maintenance are carried out in the entire facility,
• Making fixture improvements and machine part design when necessary, making improvement trials,
• Participating in machinery, equipment and product quality inspections,
• To take action to solve the problem that may occur,
• Prepair weekly, monthly, annual business plans and follow-up,
• Preparing the reports of all transactions and reporting them to their superiors,
