QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduated from the Mechanical Engineering department of universities,
- At least 5 years of experience in the maintenance departments of factories,
- Proficient in MS Office and Auto-CAD applications,
- Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems,
- Having knowledge of QMS and TPM, taking part in applications and/or being a project manager,
- Knowledge of energy use and energy efficiency,
- Successful in human relations, advanced communication skills, dynamic,
- Fluent in English,
- Male candidates must have completed military service,
- Having knowledge on Occupational Health and Safety and being able to carry out joint projects with the Occupational Safety Specialist,
- Residing / able to reside in Eskişehir.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- To direct and manage the maintenance workshops and the personnel in these workshops,
- Creating work orders for daily malfunctions and ensuring that these malfunctions are effectively eliminated in the field within the framework of OHS rules,
- Taking measures to prevent the failure from recurring by performing a root cause analysis of the failure,
- To ensure the continuation of the existing planned maintenance activities, to keep the system up-to-date,
- Carrying out, reporting and developing preventive and predictive maintenance activities,
- Participating in investment plan studies regarding machinery, equipment and systems, placing and following spare parts orders,
- To perform its duties within the framework of Quality, Environment and OHS company rules,
- Taking effective measures to minimize machine downtime due to failure,
- To work towards the realization of the annual planned and periodic maintenance activities in all facilities.
