QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description:
- This role is under maintenance departments process automation improvement branch as process development engineer,
- Responsible of current process improvements,
- Method creation and improve our process operational availability,
- Prepare detailed specifications and realize,
- Standardization of all reflections /preparations of work instructions &equipment user manuals,
- Manage machine makers,
- Support maintenance team to solve problems permanently,
- Application leader of industry 4.0 for working processes and new projects,
- Prepare periodical maintenance items with high detail and reflect our gained experience,
- Improve maintenance team with trainings.
- Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering,
- 6 years of proven experience in Automotive industry,
- Experienced in process development, lean production,
- Technical knowledge of robotic applications,
- Experienced in plastic part/tool design studies,
- Knowledge of basic tool/jig/mechanism development,
- Ability of effectively work with 3D design programs, (preferably solid works)
- Ability of effectively work with team members, open to continuous and sustainable development, analytical thinking,
- To educate the team members about assigned tasks and own specialties with presentations,
- Good level knowledge of IATF 16949 quality system,
- SAP knowledge is asset,
- Basic electrical control system knowledge is asset,
- Kaizen, continuous improvement methods, TPM knowledge,
- Reporting and presentation skills,
- Good office programs knowledge,
- Problem solving and self-oriented,
- Advanced command in English.
