Profile / Description
- Plan and manage predictive, preventative & breakdown maintenance activities for the plant in the most efficient way
- Coordinate and follow up plant stops & major maintenance activities
- Create the maintenance calendars & ensure the realization of the determined calendars
- Ensure the application of working methods in accordance with the laws on OHS
- Manage team & subcontractors in maintenance activities
- Preparing technical specifications for procurement and maintenance
- Implement and develop maintenance standards and specifications
- Prepare guidelines for maintenance processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- At least 5 years of field experience in cement plants maintenance teams
- Good command of English
- Ability to use SAP
- Having experience in team & subcontractor management
- Ability to use MS Office, MS Project and Autocad
- Enthusiastic about researching, learning and teaching new methods and techniques
- Able to work under high pressure and in challenging working environments
- Attentive to detail with a practical and systematic approach to problem solving
