Qualifications:
We are looking for a Facility Maintenance and Construction Chief to be employed in Antalya,
- Mechanical Engineering degree from a reputable university,
- Good command of written and spoken English,
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in as a Mechanical Systems Engineer(Having ISO50001-Energy Management System knowledge is a huge plus),
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure,
- Conceptual thinking and eagerness to learn,
- Creativity and analytical thinking,
- Excellent troubleshooting and analysis skills,
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills,
- Being able to work with a team of Engineers and Technicians,
- Exceptional skills in Autocad andMS Office programs,
- Completed military service for male applicants.
Job Description:
- Good technical understanding of power plant Engineering and Maintenance,
- Preparing routine applications and practices to appropriately conduct maintenance activities,
- Optimize lifetime, implement best practices to deliver continuous improvement in plant reliability, availability and efficiency,
- Preparing daily machine failures report and analyzing long-term and short-term countermeasures,
- Estimating the maintenance and project budget and preparing a program for the determined investment and improvement projects,
- Deliver compliant Engineering and Maintenance with all laws, regulations, license conditions, contract, agreements related to the Business. Ensure all contractors’ staff proactively maintain compliance with such requirements,
- Supervise, lead, assign and coordinate the work of subordinates, collaborate, identify their training needs and coordinate with the relevant functions these trainings to improve their performance.
