QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Care in Turkey is an independent resource for patients and industry providers.
We are a central portal where patients, hospitals, clinics, employers and insurance companies and information come together – easily in the area of medical tourism .
Responsibilities:
- Answer all patients inquires either over the email or phone.
- Follow up the patient during his/ her visit to the hospital.
- Use Medical knowledge to showcase the medical solutions we can offer to the patients.
- Use database, CRM, or other software to track progress with the patients.
- Maintain contact with existing patients to make sure they are satisfied and request referrals.
- Attend trainings to stay up to date with the specifications of new medical treatments offerings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma.
- Previous work experience either as Sales representative or Medical consultant.
- High fluency in at least one of the following languages (Spanish , English, German, Italian , French ,Russian, Romanian, Hebrew)
- Prior experience with CRM software is a plus.
