Job Requirements:
· Skills and Abilities to maintain a positive attitude and maintain telephone skills throughout shift assignment.
· Must have experience working on computers, within multiple database Strong customer service and listening, Negotiation skills.
· Ability to work well under pressure Ability to follow precise direction consistently without continuous supervision.
· Have a good conversation in English language.
· Possess strong communication and problem solving skills
· Must have the ability to write clear and concise correspondence.
· The applicant must have previous experience in communicating with clients.
· Must be able to maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
Required Language Skills:
· English – Fluent language
· Arabic - Preffered
