QUALIFICATIONS
- The candidates must have the knowledge of CRM, Business Plan, Goals & Objectives, BD, KOL.
- Bachelor degree in Nursing, Biology, Biomedical Science/Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3-4 years of sales experience in health-care/device sales, including distributor’s management
- Medical device clinical/technical support experience.
- The candidates that have the ability to operate above concepts supported with the enough level of education, interpersonal skills, innovation, communication, leadership will be selected for an interview.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Developing and driving a credible and productive long-term relation with defined Key customers
- Assisting marketing in developing training and educational activities and in increasing enrollment.
- Conduct visits to build relationships with existing and prospective customers and introduce company products
- Liaise with hospital regulatory, compliance and technical departments, purchasing, clinicians and other key decision makers to ensure all compliance barriers are overcome, the sale is authorized and funds are made available for equipment purchase.
- Provide installation support, training, post sales education, trouble shooting and complaint resolution to promote early identification of customer issues, ensure correct use of equipment, drive consumable sales and ensure customer satisfaction
- Satisfy client requests and / or complaints, in accordance with the company's rules and policies with the objective of maintaining healthy and sustainable business relations
