We are currently looking for a strong profile with the right attitude to join our Pharma Sales Force Team as Product Specialist reporting to Sales & Marketing Manager.

Major Responsibilities
Promote pharmaceutical product portfolio by providing the latest and most relevant data and information to Ophthalmologists, Pharmacists and designated medical professionals in assigned territory in order to achieve or exceed the objectives defined through sales and marketing strategies.
Build and develop professional relationships with key providers, Ophthalmologists and pharmacy staff in the territory.
Achieve set commercial objectives.
Organize and realize meetings with current and potential target groups. Provide daily internal reports and feedback regarding the visit plan in a timely manner.
Evaluate the potential target market and pursuit new customers among newly opened health institutions and pharmacies in the territory.
Prioritize and classify the target group by their potential to be able to achieve accurate customer selection in accordance with the company policies and procedures.
Actively collaborate with marketing, sales and medical/clinical colleagues, departments and managers within the company.
Co-create, set up and implement medical, marketing and sales projects to increase market share development and customer satisfaction.
Monitor and communicate insights and suggestions regarding competition activity to Managers to reflect market dynamics.
Maintain a current and competent level of knowledge on the product line, industry and competitors to be a reliable source of information to the health care professionals in the territory.
Represent the organization at local, regional and national symposia and congresses.
Behave ethically, comply with regulatory requirements, industry and company policies, code of conduct and adhere to Sifi values and behaviors.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 3 years of Medical Representative experience in Ophthalmology sales
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Good communication skills in English
UTT Certificate
Work successfully in a team environment, as well as independently
Ability to work effectively with very limited supervision and additional support
Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
Exceptional customer service, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Strong analytical thinking and perspective
B type valid driver’s license an no travel restrictions.
