QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

SaniMedica is a newly established medical tourism agency specialized in providing state-of-the-art medical treatment in Turkey to international patients. Offering a wide array of medical services to international patients at affordable rates in accredited clinics that perform the most effective procedures, SaniMedica aims to be a leader in the medical tourism sector with highest standards of customer service.

In line with our growth strategy, we are currently looking for young and dynamic team members who will join our team in “Client Relations & Sales Executive” position.

The Role

- Follow-up sales leads through all social media channels such as our website, instagram and facebook accounts

- Directly contact with potential patients from Europe to understand and qualify their needs for a potential treatment / procedure in Turkey

- Work in close collaboration with the clinics / hospitals in SaniMedica’s accredited partner portfolio and ensure that they prepare the most suitable medical service offering for the patient’s needs

- Work as a trusted advisor for the patient and organize and support a personalized medical stay if required before and/or after the procedures.

The Person

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in tele-sales, having worked in companies that provide services to individual clients

- Perfect level of English to be able to build rapport, qualify, develop and close sales leads with potential patients mainly from the UK, France and other EU countries

- Fluency in a second language such as French, German, Italian etc will be preferable

- University graduate

- Outstanding communication skills to influence and convince potential patients over the telephone

- Self-driven, highly motivated and ambitious personality with a can-do-attitude

- Customer focused, service oriented and trustworthy individual to be able to build strong relations with the patients through their overall journey with SaniMedica
