We are looking for "Member Income & Relations Auditor (Finance)" with the qualifications below:
- Graduated from related departments of universities
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Proficient in advanced MS Office programs
- High communication skills
- Attention to detail and attention to detail
- Able to work under stress
- Guest oriented
- Able to use time effectively and analytical
- Proficient in Netsis program
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Monitoring accounts to identify overdue payments
- Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts
- Find and contact customer to ask about their overdue payments
- Take actions to encourage timely debt payments
- Process payments and refunds
- Resolve billing and customer credit issues
- Handle questions or complaints
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutionsand/or alternatives
- Position will work under the Finance department.
