Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related fields,
  • Having 3 year experince,
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel applications,
  • Good command of English,
  • Russian,French,German is a big plus if you speak,
  • Having skills of planning and organization,
  • Having strong analytical and problem solving skills,
  • Prone to teamwork,
  • Having no obstacle to travel,
  • No military obligation for male candidates.

Basic Functions:

  • Providing the necessary coordination between the planning, operation and logistics departments in order to determine the occupancy levels of the international / e-commerce stores with the management of the parameters for the sales-stock forecast and ensuring the initial and replenishment shipments for the occupancy of the department,
  • Creating an annual calendar plan and managing the parameters for stock-sale-demand forecasts for product group and store / product group at certain period intervals, making LFL-current situation comparisons and sharing with stakeholders for taking actions,
  • In transfer working between the stores, the control and revision of the parameters together with the planning of the results obtained from the decision support system, reporting to the operation teams and the transfer of agreed areas, countries, seasons transfers in the system, sharing the transfer rates and efficiency with the relevant stakeholders,
  • Analyzing the occupancy rates of the stores / DCs and sharing the information of the store-product groups that are below the target with the planning teams according to the strategic targets of the company and sharing them with the planning teams,
  • Management of overseas / e-commerce store occupancy is checked daily at the buyer group level and managing the quota-free dispatch management according to the needs of the teams,
