QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
· Bilsar Company is a shirt manufacturer who has a factory which produces over 2,5 million shirts per year for high level customers in Europe & USA.
We are seeking merchandisers for Istanbul head office which is located in Istanbul Sishane.
. Bachelor’s Degree, however a combination of college education and related work experience may be used as a substitute
· 1-2 years of apparel production and/or product development experience; Especially experience with woven shirts, tops and dresses .
· Knowledge of garment construction and a variety of fabrications
· Experience of dealing with the fashion designers and working through manufacturers.
· Dynamic analytical, problem solving and project management abilities with proven systems knowledge and expertise
· Flexibility with regards to job responsibilities
· Extremely strong customer service orientation and the ability to multi-task; with the desire to work in a very fast paced environment and an ability to not become frustrated with last minute changes
· Effective interpersonal and organizational skills; especially when it comes to working directly with senior level directors
· Must demonstrate an energetic, positive, helpful demeanor and a passion and interest in fashion.
