QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Definition
Our client is one of the leading firm in global market about textile sector. We are looking for "Merchandiser" for our client' s Liason Sourcing Office in Turkey.
Two people will be hired experienced in denim and kneatwear-tricot.
- Dealing directly with Head Office’ s of buyers,
- Development and production of critical path management and progress with factories, suppliers and dealing directly with customers,
- Management of suppliers by following end-to-end processes.
- Negotiating prices with suppliers,
- Following up every step of production and import through various suppliers and third parties,
- Provide solutions and support to ensure smooth production and manufacturing process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Textile Engineering or related discipline,
- Must have an understanding of textile production process,
- Able to work in flexible working-hours,
- Minimum 1 years of hands-on experience in manifacturers or sourcing offices,
- Well-organized and strong daily follow up skills,
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills,
- Being enthusiastic, acting as a team member,
- Confident and dynamic personality,
- Strong command of English,
- Problem solving and management of critical paths,
- Proficiency in MS Office applications,
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
