QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
QUALIFICATIONS :
Our company BRANDALIZE Textile Sourcing Agency , looking for JUNIOR MERCHANDISER for our Marketing Department of Jersey&Woven Garments.
- Preferably University degree, in textiles,
- Minimum 2 years merchandising experience ,is must.(with various product types including knit,jersey,woven garments)
- Fluent in both written and spoken business English
- Able to work in a dynamic environment, being pro-active and fast for all the processes
- Well organized and strong daily follow up skills,
- Strong analyzing and problem solving skill,
- Have strong sense of quality and fashion.
- Negotiation and communication abilities and result oriented
- Good computer skills (Excell /Word/ power point ).
- Have driving licence and can drive actively
JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Working directly under control of Merchandiser Manager and assisting her in all needed issues.
- Dealing direct with suppliers and customers.
- Deal with all paperworks such as, translating fit comments, preparing order forms, and declare these to factories.
- Follow up orders with vendors, customers, and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery
- Responsible for all production stages; from the beginning of process till shipment.
- Have a general working knowledge of printing techniques ,applique and embroidery applications.
- Manage sample checking including fitting, pp and shipment samples and making sure all samples are correct before shipment are made.
- Negotiate discounts and airfreigt penalties where needed to ensure on time delivery.
- Price negotiation with suppliers and the customers .
- Liaise with logistics dept internally and with the vendors to make sure all shipments are booked on time and shipments sent accordingly.
