We are a Sourcing Office working with high quality clients and looking for a Merchandising Team Leader with below qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Textile Engineering.
- Sourcing office experience.
- Having at least 15 years of experience for merchandising and at least 5 years for managing a team.
- Fluent in English, preferably in German as well.
- Having experience in UK, Germany and Spain textile markets.
- Having knowhow of product development, production and follow-up processes of knitted and woven product groups.
- Proficient in MS Office programs.
- Able to create and follow the budget and KPI of the customer portfolio.
- Able to adapt to flexible working hours with high motivation.
- Inclined to team work, strong communication skills,
- Well organised and strong daily follow up,
- Able to travel, active driving,
- Residence in the European side.
