GENEL NİTELİKLER

Executive Sous Chef

· We are now looking to recruit an experienced and professional Executive Sous Chef

· Will report directly to the Executive Chef

· The role involves menu creation, kitchen organisation, leading and delegating tasks and assisting the other members of your team in the preparation and the presentation of food to the established standards.

· Along with the Executive Chef you will also be responsible for the smooth running of the kitchens.

· Both Food Hygiene & HACCP knowledge would be desirable and computer skills are necessary

· You will be responsible for the administration of forecasts, timesheets, rotas, orders and understanding and communicating casino business.

  • You must have a solid and good classic and well trained restaurant background

· Agood level of spoken English

  • Flexibility in this role is essential as the hours of work are on a shift basis including weekends, early & late shift
  • A minimum of 3 year experience in a similar role and within a fast-paced environment.
