Executive Sous Chef
· We are now looking to recruit an experienced and professional Executive Sous Chef
· Will report directly to the Executive Chef
· The role involves menu creation, kitchen organisation, leading and delegating tasks and assisting the other members of your team in the preparation and the presentation of food to the established standards.
· Along with the Executive Chef you will also be responsible for the smooth running of the kitchens.
· Both Food Hygiene & HACCP knowledge would be desirable and computer skills are necessary
· You will be responsible for the administration of forecasts, timesheets, rotas, orders and understanding and communicating casino business.
· Agood level of spoken English
