QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCES & OTHER QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering

· Several years’ (2+) relevant work experience, preferably in Quality- Quality Control, Aluminum Casting, laboratory

· Technical background with a fundamental understanding of metallurgy and preferably having knowledge of aluminum casting, extrusion standards and requirements

· Basic knowledge of manufacturing and machining technologies of Aluminum Profile and casting products,

· Computer proficiency,

· Quality orientation and high attention to details,

· Well structured, organized, efficient and accurate working method with a problem-solving mindset

· Completion of military service for male candidates,

· Good communication skills,

· Having knowledge of IFS-ERP Program

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal and external interactions in English,

· Team player skills and self –motivation.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Implementation of Operational Excellence and Lean manufacturing steps in all production processes

· Managing the quality control processes of the product

· Responsible for Mechanical and Metallography laboratory controls and tests

· Performing and organizing external customer audits
