QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor degree of Mechanical Engineering
- Min. 3 years experience
- Business proficiency level in English (verbal and written) (German is preferred)
- Advanced verbal communication skills
- Problem solving/ technical understanding
- Good analytical and organizational skills
- Actively using CAD programs (e.g Autocad or Solidworks)
- Good command of Microsoft Excel and SAP
- Resolving problems in an efficient manner
- Result oriented, positive and energetic
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
- Excellent team working, motivational, interpersonal skills
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Preparation of production documents/ SAP-screens and standardization activities (MBOM, labor times, routings, work instructions etc.)
- Following and ensuring ECM (Engineering Change Management) process correctly
- Designing and drawing of the necessary apparatus, fixtures, tools, machines etc. equipment in line with the production needs according to the ergonomic rules and efficiency criteria
- Ensuring that the acceptance of equipment such as apparatus, fixtures, machines etc. are done correctly
- Ensuring prototypes are made complete and on time
- Ensuring that the checklists are filled before transition from prototype production to mass production
- Drawing and updating plant layout regularly
- Defining the correct packaging methods and designing packages accordingly
- Checking and correcting MBOM accuracy
- Checking the accuracy of the technical drawings
- Ensuring that time studies are carried out in certain out in certain periods ( Internal production + subcontractor)
- Entering packaging specification into SAP
- Drawing and updating value stream map (VSM)
- Leading SMED works
- Following up the consumption of the materials which are used in production (saw etc.)
