QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Job description and key responsibilities
- Be primary responsible for all areas linked to Equipment and Labor Efficiency
- Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results
- Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets
- Stay up to date with latest production management best practices and concepts
- Reporting to Production Manager who is in carge of production, planning and method processes in the company
The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications
- BSc, engineering degree , Industrial Engineering is a plus
- At least 3 years of experience within a serial manufacturing environment
- Robust knowledge and experience in Lean Managment, TPM, 6 Sigma and Kaizen methodologies.
- Strong planning, organization and project management capacity with an analytical mindset and robust problem solving skills
- Highly self-driven, resilient, assertive, solution- oriented personality
- Excellent command of English both verbally and in writing
