GENEL NİTELİKLER

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering,
• Master’s Degree is a plus,
• At least 2-3 years of experience as a Method /Process Engineer
• Excellent command of written and verbal English
• Experience with Lean, CI or OPEX methodologies.
• Knowledge in Time and Motion Study
• Critical observation skills, analytical skills, decision-making and management skills in critical conditions,
• Lean Manufacturing Experience is a plus,
• Customer focused and good communication skills,
• Competent in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Programmes,
• Other programming skills (Python, C#, Visual Components, etc.) are plus
• Preferably entry level of SAP knowledge,
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment,
• Will be able to reside in Izmir or Manisa,
• Preferably no military obligation for male candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Optimization of machine or operator based processes by eliminating non value added process steps
• To carry out headcount management and norm staff analysis in required departments.
• Analyzing the production time and man hours of production processes with method study for the accuracy of product costs, ensuring accuracy in ERP system.
• To provide engineering support to operational units in their projects to increase efficiency.
• To be involved in investment feasibility studies.
• Preparing yearly labor and investment budgets.
• Supporting cost-reducing and process-improving projects throughout the factory.
• Taking part in Digitalization and Lean Manufacturing projects of production processes

Eligible candidates will be invited to following processes: Tests (General Aptitude, English, Personality Inventory) and interviews (HR interview, technical interviews with line managers and Top Management evaluations).
