QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Now, we are hiring an Accounts Payable to join us in Bodrum.
Core Activities
- Controlling all daily transactions (e.g. accounts payable/receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliations)
- Coordination and handling of all types of cash operations (banking operations, checks and other bank transactions)
- Controlling and booking all expense reports and payment for them
- Monthly cash flow forecast
- Monthly, yearly balance sheet reconciliations
- Monthly Preparing BA/BS forms, VAT Tax, WHT Tax, Stamp Duty declarations
- Quarter basis performing temporary Corporate Tax declarations
- Performing Accrual Accounting (Revenue, AP, etc)
- Participating company process improvement projects
- Coordinating all the Audit activities as key person
- Supervising the accounting team
Competencies
- Turkish GAAP and IFRS knowledge
- University graduate, majored in Business Administration, Economics or Finance, further academic study and / or training is an asset
- At least 8 years’ experience on Turkish tax legislation, chart of accounts, financial statements and tax declarations subjects
- Previous experience of multinational company is a plus
- MS Office programs skills
- Upper Intermediate or Advance level of English (both written and spoken)
- Communication and interpersonal skills are being expected
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, being dead-line oriented, research skills, thoroughness
- Ability to work in multi-functional teams
- Analytical skills allowing you to be good in calculations
