Now, we are hiring a Cost Controller to join us in Bodrum.

Core Activities


  • Able to effectively control the Food & Beverage Cost
  • Control the Food and Beverage outlets in terms of wastage, pilferage and efficiency
  • Prepare variance analysis for food & beverage and communicating with relevant parties
  • Update and maintain receipts into the systems
  • Check and ensure that no material is issued out from the store without requisition or approval from the respective department head
  • Count, weigh or measure items of incoming orders in order to verify information against invoices, order, bills or other records
  • Perform regular material warehouse audits to ensure that material is undamaged and maintained neatly throughout the stores
  • Ensure that all documents and material received in the stores or directly delivered to operation are of satisfactory quality

Competencies


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration – major accounting or finance from a reputable university
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the same field
  • Good knowledge in computer skills (Microsoft office and inventory programs)
  • Well-developed written and oral communications skills.
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent reporting
  • Detailed oriented
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
