Now, we are hiring a Cost Controller to join us in Bodrum.
Core Activities
- Able to effectively control the Food & Beverage Cost
- Control the Food and Beverage outlets in terms of wastage, pilferage and efficiency
- Prepare variance analysis for food & beverage and communicating with relevant parties
- Update and maintain receipts into the systems
- Check and ensure that no material is issued out from the store without requisition or approval from the respective department head
- Count, weigh or measure items of incoming orders in order to verify information against invoices, order, bills or other records
- Perform regular material warehouse audits to ensure that material is undamaged and maintained neatly throughout the stores
- Ensure that all documents and material received in the stores or directly delivered to operation are of satisfactory quality
Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration – major accounting or finance from a reputable university
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the same field
- Good knowledge in computer skills (Microsoft office and inventory programs)
- Well-developed written and oral communications skills.
- Fluent in English
- Excellent reporting
- Detailed oriented
- Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
