Now, we are hiring an In Room Dining Manager to join us in Bodrum.

Core Activities

• Prior experience as an In Room Dining Manager or Assistant with the ability to engage and connect with a wide range of guests from different backgrounds
• Being confident in room service & minibar operations and the management of small events
• Oversee the cost of inventory and supplies and submit reports on a periodic basis.
• Manages day-to-day in room dining operation, ensures the quality, standards and meets the expectations of the guest on a daily basis.
• Empowers employees to provide excellent guest service.
• Manage the staff through coaching and training, in order to improve performance and to achieve the department’s objectives and targets.

Competencies

• BA Degree in Hospitality from a reputable university
• Minimum 4-6 years operational experience in 5* Hotel or Resort
• Has working knowledge of all aspects of IRD operations
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Excellent management skills
• Strong planning and budgetary skills
• Highly cooperative team spirit
