QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
MICROBIOLOGY LABORATORY & ENVIRONMENT MONITORING EXECUTIVE
Job Description:
- Organization and management of daily work plans of the Microbiological and Environmental Monitoring Lab.
- Support training and development of Microbiology Laboratory personnel.
- Follow pharmacopoeia and guidelines, write, and revise the relevant procedures in order to keep the the microbiological practices up to date with the regulations.
- Support and host internal and external audits for Microbiological subjects and manufacturing practices.
- Follow the quality processes (change, CAPA, deviation etc.).
- Keep aseptic practices, gowning, cleaning, disinfection regimes up to date with GMP regulations within the company.
- Plan routine and periodic studies/tests.
- Support validation studies and create work plans.
General Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree Biology, Medical Biology, Microbiology etc. preferably master’s degree on Microbiology.
- Very good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience in aseptic manufacturing including aseptic areas, aseptic practices. infrastructure, utilities, tests and methods, media-fill, environmental monitoring etc.
- More than 3 years of experience in managing Microbiology Laboratory.
- Having very good command of cGMP regulations; FDA and EU regulations/guidelines.
