QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a “Mill Engineer” with the following qualifications to join us in the copper enrichment plant of our company in Kastamonu Hanönü region.
QUALIFICATIONS
- BSc or MSc degree in Mining Engineering or Mineral Processing Engineering,
- Minimum 2 years of experience in mineral processing plants,
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English,
- Advance level of MS Office,
- Analytical thinking and goal-oriented vision,
- Preferably experienced in metal mine projects,
- Superior communication & leadership skills,
- TSF operations experience favored,
- Class B driving license,
- For male candidates; completed military service.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Following H&S policies and procedures,
- Minimize all safety and environmental risks/hazards,
- Observing and determining nonconformities related with process safety, health and environment,
- Contributing to the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), minimizing procedural nonconformity approaches, revising SOP’s in case of a change in process,
- Monitoring and controlling the basic plant KPI’s and improving the shift operations,
- Detecting and recommending plant improvements and modifications,
- Supporting and leading continuous improvement projects,
- Driving operational requirements to achieve sustainable production targets.
