Design Office - BIM Architect
Job description
Design Office - BIM architect is responsible for producing shop drawings and documentation for the execution of architectural works. The candidate is expected to be proficient in Autodesk Revit.
The works will be performed on-site from Ankara office. The candidate is expected to be able to travel or to relocate temporarily to the project country outside Turkey for a short term, if needed. Induction for the role will also take place off-site location outside Turkey.
We are looking for an architect equipped himself/herself with advanced BIM skills, who is able to use Autodesk Revit as an effective tool for the project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
The base role responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
· Producing and reviewing detailed shops drawings to be submitted to the Engineer`s Representative for the approval,
· Incorporating Subcontractors’ models, design details, approved material and equipment details to LOD400 models
· Working closely with the other project team members under the guidance of the Seniors.
Job Qualifications
Minimum Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or professionally-related field,
- At least 5 years experience as an Architect
- Minimum 2 years experience in BIM executed projects,
- Advance Revit skills and to be able to produce shop drawings from Revit models
Preferred Job Qualifications
- Strong design skills and knowledge of construction methods,
- Experience in airport projects
- Proficiency in English
- Proficiency in Autocad
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office 365 software and Power BI
