QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Silver Slate Group, headquartered in New York City, is looking for a driven, detail-oriented candidate to work in the role of Millwork Estimator in the Ankara Office.
Job duties will include:
· Reviewing drawings and project specification manuals.
· Perform accurate takeoffs.
· Soliciting bids from subcontractors.
· Sourcing material and services, when required.
· Preparing timely formal estimates.
· Document and organize all backup information.
· Maintaining proposal logs.
· Prepare and track change orders.
· Attend bid leveling meetings and or review leveling sheets.
· Review contract purchase orders for accuracy.
Skills required are:
· Proficient in Microsoft office software
· Experience as an estimator and with estimating software
· Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects
· Detail-oriented, highly organized and possessing a strong work ethic
· Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
