- Minimum of 3 years Front Office or Guest Relations in an international five star hotel Supervisory skills
- Availability for work in the evening shift on behalf of Guest Relations Manager (16:00-00:00)
- English or German – excellent oral and written skills
- Knowledge of hotel operations & Computer systems
- Eligible for a working permit in country of hire
- Local language – excellent oral and written skills (asapplicable)
- English – excellent oral and written skills
- Additional language - beneficial(Russian and German)
- Good Communication skills
