Job description:
• Making visits in close contact with concierge services
• Collecting information, creating data, and tracking and reporting Sunset visits from guests coming from hotels
• Taking an active role in the entire guest relations process in evening operations
• Especially managing the foreign customer guest management process
• Analyzing guest satisfaction and complaints, sharing them with management and following it up with the necessary actions
• Taking part in the organization management with the sales manager in the events of customers (individual or corporate)
• Ensuring that customer demands are met
• Working in coordination with restaurant chefs

• Familiarity with hospitality industry standards
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
