Desired skills and experiences:
- University Degree, preferably in Graphic Design, Animation or related fields
- Exceptionally skilled and/or experienced in After Effects, Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator
- Knowledge of whiteboard videos
- Strong marketing skills, a sense of conceptual thinking and attention to detail
- Understanding why people are interested in certain content and how to engage them
- Self-motivated, have good communication skills and can work effectively in a team environment
- Creative and hacker mindset, eager to constantly learn and improve
- Knowledgeable about cryptocurrencies and blockchain technologies
Responsibilities:
- Creating compelling videos for related marketing campaigns, including images, motion graphics and other online advertising media units
- Working with an experienced and dynamic growth team to understand which creatives are performing better based on the data, and brainstorming the next creative concepts and ideas to be produced
- Transfer key marketing initiatives to high-quality consumer-facing images
- Analyze small-to-medium datasets on marketing creative performance
- Optimize design workflow by creating templates
- Follow and analyze the latest trends and develop new ideas
