QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
The successful candidate should satisfy the following requirements:
- Fluent spoken and written English skills are requested
- Apart from that you will need a B Category drivers licence
- Also you have to be able to organize your workday according to priorities and you need to have a basic knowledge of Hotels in Turkey, Complaint handling and UKs Health & Safety Regulations.
- We need well organized and stres resistend team members, who are able to answer hotel complaints and check Hotels on Spot
- Have at least 2 years of experience in tourism and similar pozition (preferably experience in travel agencies)
- University graduate
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- The principle of customer satisfaction, and the ability to solve problems within a customer satisfaction
- Self Improvement in stress management.
- Good dictation and good communication skills
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work with people across all departments
- Customer-oriented and communicative personality with a structured, reliable way of working
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to solve problems within a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Suitable for teamwork
