QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
YC INOX is a 100% Taiwanese greenfield investment, under construction period. Once fully operative company will be active in stainless steel tube & pipe manufacturing and service center with 300 employees.
The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Accounting responsibilities. S/he will maintain and enhance the organization's accounting activities by planning, implementing, and evaluating policies, programs, and practices.
Job Description:
- Set up Accounting Policy, procedures, and programs, implement and manage all related activities accordingly.
- Ensure that the accounting processes are implemented and managed in accordance with the laws and regulations.
- Ensure the preparation and consolidation of company budgets, transfer them to the budget program.
- Support financial activities of the company.
- Manage Accounting Staff by explaining position’s aims and use every opportunity to lead them to these aims.
- Carry out the transactions under its responsibility with an understanding of transparency, accountability, efficiency, and participation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree from Business, Economics, Accounting & Finance. Preferably Master's Degree in related departments.
- Having at least 7 years of experience, at least 3 years of managerial experience.Experience in Steel/Stainless Steel industry & CPA firm is a plus.
- Good level of English.
- A regular CPA qualification is required.
