QUALIFICATIONS
· University degree in relevant fields
· Minimum 5 years experience in accounting and controlling,
· Work experience within a multinational company is a must
· Excellent command of English, both written and spoken is a must.
· Strong knowledge and experience about Turkish GAAP and Tax Legislation
· Experience in IFRS reporting accounting, working in close relationship with the reporting team of foreign Group Companies is a must.
· Excellent SAP FI – CO Module and MS Office applications knowledge,
· Teamwork experience,
· Strong interpersonal skills.
· Proactive, energetic, analytical thinking, and solution-oriented.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic changing multi-priority environment
JOB DESCRIPTION
Ensure that all tax returns, tax declarations, and other required reports are accurately submitted on time to the relevant institution and organizations in compliance with Turkish GAAP.
· Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close
· Ensuring accurate, high-quality IFRS reports and adjustments according to IFRS and Group requirements,
· Knowledge and understanding of all finance functions from accounts payable, accounts receivable ledger, cashbook to fixed assets
· Preparation of trial balance, P&L account, and Balance Sheet with supporting reconciliations
· Manage cash flow, forecasting, and controlling with reconciling expenses and payments
· Carrying out any kind of accounting transactions of the company within the frame of laws, relevant legislation, and generally accepted accounting principles
· Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce monthly financial reports or statements.
· Manage Payroll Process
· Coordinate and complete annual audits
