GENEL NİTELİKLER
- At least 5-10 years of experience,
- Preferably, experience and good understanding of a production facility business in Turkey,
- Good understanding of accounting, financial controlling and reporting,
- Strong financial analytical and problem solving skills,
- Must be flexible, adaptable, and quick to learn in our fast paced dynamic environment,
- Preferably knowledge of financial, accounting systems and corporate legal issues,
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills,
- Effective communicator (including excellent written and verbal English),
- Demonstrating ideas with initiative to prosper and strengthen our systems and processes where appropriate.
- Experience in accounting software use
- Responsible to reflect correctly all of OrTurk activity in the financial system.
- Review and Post journal entries.
- Responsible for the review and preparation of general ledger for OrTurk.
- Prepares financial statements on monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
- Responsible for preparation and review of flux analyses, lead, and roll-forward schedules for OrTurk as they pertain to the quarter- and year-end audits and for monthly reports.
- Maintains general ledger in accordance with GAAP guidelines.
- Reconciles intercompany balances, where applicable.
- Trains/assists with domestic employees at the office and plants level where applicable.
- Responsible for preparation and review of the tax return together with the local consultant, annual tax true-up and monthly/quarterly/annually tax provision when applicable.
- Maintains contact and positive interaction with accountants/admin and with Corporate Offices in Israel.
- Maintains SOX controls as stated in internal procedures.
- Maintains and reviews AP, AR, FA, and GL modules in the Oracle system.
- Troubleshoots and works with headquarters for various Oracle issues as they arise.
