ASAS Packaging Printing Inc. is a part of Contantia Flexibles group, one of the global leading producers of flexible packaging. ASAS was founded with a capacity of 500 tons/ year in 1978 in Ankara. ASAS is one of the largest flexible packaging manufacturers in Turkey. Our activities include gravure printing, lamination, extrusion coating and laminating and wax coating.

We are looking for an Accounting Supervisor for Constantia Flexibles-ASAS Packaging Plant, located in Sincan-Yenikent.
The responsibilities and the qualifications are mentioned below:
Responsibilities:
- Preparation and submission of monthly/quarterly tax declarations
- Preparation and notification of monthly declarations such as VAT, Withholding, Stamp Duty, making records of accruals and payments,
- Preparation and submission of e-ledger
- Ensuring the timely and complete completion of the legal balance sheet and income statement reports,
- Follow up export, import, and investment incentive
- Assisting the general ledger and month-end closure process
- Contribution to annual transfer pricing documentation,
- Following the Group Tax policies and to perform regular reporting to the Group
- Following the visa dates of Chamber of Industry's capacity reports and managing the preparation process of new applications on time,
- Preparation of necessary correspondence for information requests from tax offices and other official institutions
- Following up insurance and patent processes
- Other ad-hoc responsibilities requested by the management
- Assist the manager during external and internal audits
Requirements:
- Proven work experience min 7 years in a similar role preferably in a multinational/ Big4 audit companies
- Solid knowledge of accounting and tax procedures
- Tax audit experience is an asset
- Tax experience, Local accounting and Turkish uniform chart of account knowledge is a must
- Experience using SAP financial software
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Knowledge of financial regulations
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data
- BSc degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics from a reputable University
- Fluent language skill in English
