Mainetti is a global, industrial company serving to retail sector. For our future development plans we are looking for a Customer Service Executive to support our local and international business in Sales and Marketing Department
JOB DESCRIPTION ;
· Manage accounts in terms of order processing, order follow up, on-time deliveries, complete order fulfillment.
· Use a computer system to track questions and answers as well as enter and track the status of orders.
· Evaluate and resolve customer complaints professionally and tactfully.
· Follow up and planning the stock level of the responsible products .
· Initiate and implement initiatives which improve customer service and responsiveness.
· Customer needs and follow up on customer inquiries.
· Proactively communicate supply chain issues and provide alternatives.
· Any other related duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS ;
· Bachelor’s degree in related field.
· 2+ years Customer Service or related experience is a plus.
· Good level of English both written & oral
· Strong written, verbal and telephone skills.
· Strong data entry and organizational skills.
· Detailed oriented and good follow-up skills.
· Able to effectively manage many priorities and issues.
