Position Description
General Requirements
u 2+ years of experience in .NET Core or .NET development
u Proactive and creative problem solver
u Good verbal and written English
Responsibilities
u Working as an active team member in an agile team and participating in the entire development life cycle, from requirements to delivery, and being a strong individual contributor in our team-oriented environment
u Implementing system enhancements and new features to support existing or new business processes
u Applying both business and technical expertise to deliver customer focused technical support
u Providing technical expertise and contributing to redesigning and upgrading existing systems
u Complying with team software development processes
u Working closely with stakeholders to implement customer requirements
Position Requirements
Qualifications
u Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering or equivalent plus a minimum 2 years of experience as a .NET Developer
Experience, Knowledge and Skills
u Minimum 2 years commercial .NET experience
u Exposure to at least some of the following:
o Documenting and building APIs, e.g. JSON, REST
o Linux/web server technology
o Production database services, e.g. MySQL, MSSQL
o Database technologies and types e.g. big data, time series, relational, columnar
o CI/CD tools, e.g. GitLab CI/CD or equivalent
o Amazon Web Services; e.g. EC2, OpenSearch (Elasticsearch), RDS, S3
o Container tools/microservices, e.g. Docker, Kubernetes, AWS ECS
o Some AML/KYC industry experience beneficial but not required
u Ability to work within a team and independently.
u Proactive and self-driven to learn and improve technically and contribute to innovative solutions.
