QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Experience network systems and hardware support for at least 2 years,
  • Create and update documentation about installations.
  • Network knowledge (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, IPS, IDS)
  • Knowledge about physical system room architecture and different components such as network routing and switching, UPS, servers and backup/storage solutions,
  • Good knowledge about common office equipment and technology such as printers, PC/laptops, LAN, Wi-Fi, screens and mobile devices
  • Experience with Domain,Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, WİNS,İPSEC, Routing Protocols,VPN etc.
  • Able to work on international projects
  • Team spirit and reliability
  • Good level of Professional / Technical English knowledge,
  • Male candidates must have completed military service
  • Having a Class B License
  • Those who reside or will be able to reside in Çerkezköy, Kapaklı, Saray, Çorlu regions.

JOB DESCRIPTION


  • Maintains system performance by performing system monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning; troubleshooting system hardware, software, networks and operating and system management systems; designing and running system load/stress testing; escalating application problems to vendor.
  • Improving server backup policies. Regular redundancy without loss of information, analysis and adaptations required to improve server performance.
  • Meeting with the relevant managers to solve network and system problems, analyzing them and finding the appropriate solution
  • Configuring, maintaining, and upgrading IT infrastructure, including servers, networks and firewalls.
  • Troubleshooting, diagnosing and fixing a range of technical and/or user problems related to the site where the products/services are installed.
  • The processing of user identification, authorization, authorization role regulation and control for local and global systems,
  • Active role in supporting the integration projects with global IT systems,
  • Organize the training of users on network systems and hardware when required or training from the supplier,
  • Monitoring of technological innovations in networking systems, hardware performance improvement, collaboration with the global team and reporting to the manager.
