In order to support Turkey’s development, Posco Assan TST Steel Ind. Inc. Co., established in 2011 with 350 million dollars investment for consecutive in partnership with South Korean Posco, which was selected the world’s most competitive steel producer 10 years in row by WSD (World Steel Dynamics), Kibar Holding, which is included in Turkey’s leading business groups and with Posco Daewoo which has a strong distribution network, is the first and only one cold rolling stainless steel producer in Turkey.
The company, which was founded with “From Asia to Europe Stainless Friendship“ motto and being a symbol of Turkey-South Korea friendship, provides significant benefit to economy of Turkey. By the 2,1 Billion $ local production that it has made since it was established for 500 customers, it contributes to the closure of foreign trade deficit by providing raw material to different sectors from white goods to kitchenware goods, from automotive to construction.
The facility, built on a closed area of 169,000 in Asım Kibar Organized Industrial Zone and working in 3 shifts, realizes production for 7 days and 24 hours a day. With the Women Employment Program launched in 2018, 25 women operators were employed at different departments and total employee number has reached more than 500 employees.
Posco Assan is the 83th biggest company among 500 companies in Turkey in according to ISO 2019 researches. Stepping in to the seventh year in production this year, with the export made in 2017 and 2018 the company won the first prize in Stars of Steel Export Award Ceremony organized by the Steel Exporters Association and carried out the shipment of 1 million tonnes in August 2018.
We are looking for "Network and System Senior Specialist" for our IT Department.
- Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering or equivalents
- Interest in new technologies and can pick them up quickly
- Excellent knowledge in network and security related topics
- Deep knowledge on TCP/IP, Routing, LAN Switching, WAN, VPN, 802.1x
- Comprehensive management skill for security infrastructure and technologies (Firewall, Web Filtering, IPS, IDS, SSL)
- Good knowledge of basic protocols DNS, HTTP, FTP, SMTP, DHCP
- At least 3 years of experience in backup and archiving solutions and network management (Cisco 2960, 9200, etc..)
- Knowledge on Firewall, NAS, AP and network infrastructure
- Experienced in server operating system and applications
- Experienced in CCNA, MCSE, Network Admin, LinuxOS, Windows OS, Fortigate
- Knowledge of ISO 27001, Firewall Management, Storage Management, Mes Tape Backup and Investment Management
- Excellent problem solving, analytical skills and attention to detail
- Good command of English
- Locating in or willing to relocate to Kocaeli
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Planning and implementing changes from the network infrastructure
- Monitoring of network systems
- Keeping users aware of work status and solution progress
- MES server and IT main servers management
- All network switches and backbone management
- Regular monitoring of systems and ensuring their continuity, analyzing and reporting
- Assisting with the documentation of critical and routine technical procedures
- Maintaining and upgrading servers, services, router, switch, firewall/VPN security
- Supports infrastructure and end users in the agreed upon SLAs
- Good technical background and hands-on mentality to manage servers and network systems
- Installs and maintains the network/security devices as well as routine operational tasks
- Experienced in server, storage and virtualization technologies (HPE, DELL, EMC)
- Experienced in TCP/IP, Cisco network equipments (Switch, Router, AP, WLC Call Manager)
- Experienced in virtualization technologies (VmWare)
- All IIT equipments password and authentication management with Fortinet Authenticator and SAM files
